The PARCLife Foundation is committed to bridging the widening gap in support for education, employment, and independent living for neurodiverse members of our community throughout their lives.
Their work focuses especially on young adults who often lose structured support after school-based services end, helping them develop the skills and opportunities needed for meaningful independence.
Through inclusive programming and community partnerships, PARCLife helps individuals build:
- Independent living skills
- Employment readiness
- Financial literacy and vocational skills
- Inclusive social connections
- Community engagement opportunities
Programs range from therapeutic services and social skill development to community service learning and micro-business experiences that allow participants to gain real-world job experience.
At its core, PARCLife is dedicated to creating a community where everyone belongs and everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
